As our Streetworks Auditor, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our streetworks operations are compliant with NRSWA (New Roads and Streetworks Act), TMA (Traffic Management Act), and internal standards. You'll be part of our quality team who are the guardians of quality, safety, and efficiency, driving continuous improvement through auditing and process optimisation. You will be based in our Wednesbury office Monday – Friday. Key Responsibilities Compliance Champion: Conduct in-depth audits of permit requests, job execution, and documentation to identify compliance gaps and potential risks. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of streetworks activities, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and mitigate risks that could lead to fines, delays, or safety incidents. Data-Driven Insights: Leverage data analytics to track performance metrics, identify trends, and inform strategic decision-making. Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance overall operational performance (working closely with the Streetworks Quality manager). Incident Investigation: Support incident investigations, analysing root causes and highlighting corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Requirements

Technical Expertise: Knowledge of NRSWA, TMA, and related regulations desirable (full training will be given). Auditing Skills: Experience in conducting audits and identifying areas for improvement desirable (full training will be given). Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy. Proactive Approach: Self-motivated and proactive in identifying issues and possible solutions. Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
