Job Description BANKING SOLICITOR, 8+ YEARS EXPERIENCE, MANCHESTER, CIRCA £150,000 DOE
– An exciting opportunity to join a high performing team within an award winning law firm.
The appointed Solicitor will join a reputable banking team specialising in providing expert advice on a broad range of international and domestic banking and finance transactions.
Lead transactions and ensure that all assigned matters progress efficiently and on schedule.
Work closely with other departments within the firm, particularly the corporate and real estate teams.
Support and mentor junior members, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment within the team.
Applications are sought from Banking Solicitors with a minimum of 8 years’ PQE and experience advising clients on a full range of banking matters and transactions from start to finish. You will have excellent communication skills, work well within a team environment, and demonstrate strong business acumen.
