This is a key role carrying a level of responsibility along with a demanding workload and great opportunity. The successful candidate will: Provide a Nurse Led Anticoagulation Service offering advice and expertise within the area of anticoagulation. Provide a prescribing and advisory service for all oral and parenteral anticoagulants for inpatients and outpatients. Provide advice on all areas of anticoagulation therapy to colleagues and clients. Provide advice on all areas of Thromboprophylaxis to colleagues within the Trust. About us
