Salary - up to 65,000 We have an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest facilities management companies in the UK working on one of their main prestigious accounts within their Corporate division. In this role, you will be working closely with the Head of Projects in delivering high-quality projects from start to end. This leading company services clients across 77 different countries and employs over 80,000 staff worldwide, with over 8,500 in the UK alone and an annual revenue of over 27 billion. Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Oversee all aspects of project works, from planning to completion. Team Coordination: Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow. Quality Control: Monitor the quality of work, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and specifications. Safety Oversight: Ensure all safety protocols are followed, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates on project status, addressing any issues promptly to keep the project on track. Experience Required:
Experience: Proven experience as a Project Manager, particularly in facilities management. Skills: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams effectively. Knowledge: Familiarity with health and safety regulations and quality control procedures. Availability: Ability to start by the end of July and commit to the full project duration. Communication: Excellent communication skills, capable of liaising with various stakeholders and reporting progress accurately. Benefits:
