Morningside, Edinburgh Permanent Gillespie Macandrew has an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join our established Residential Property team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will navigate the residential conveyancing process from start to finish for clients and will be able to manage their own varied case load. The candidate must have a sound understanding of all conveyancing work including sales, purchases, transfers of title, remortgages, and discharges. This role requires a highly motivated, collaborative and commercially minded team player with excellent technical skills and a strong client focused approach. The ideal candidate will be very personable and have a commitment to providing an excellent level of client service, demonstrating a strong positive, proactive attitude.
