Personal Care : Willingness to provide personal care assistance is required. Personal Experience : If you do not have formal experience, personal experience (e.g., supporting a family member) will be considered. Attitude : Passionate about raising the standard of teaching and learning, with a proactive and positive approach. Ideal Candidate:
You might have a
degree
but limited professional experience, as long as you can demonstrate personal experience with special needs or challenging behaviours. You may have worked in care settings, special schools, or similar environments and are eager to grow your expertise.
