We are looking for a Sub Agent to join our Natural Resources team based close to our sites across the Thames Valley region, due to the nature of work we require a strong skillset and experience within Tier 1 Water and Civils frameworks.

Responsibilities
As the Sub Agent you'll join Kier who are a strategic partner to Thames Water Capital Frameworks. This work is on their sewage treatment Waste Asset Assurance Programme (WAAP), delivering programmes of work within non-infrastructure schemes like upgrades to wastewater treatment works. This will be working on new and existing Infrastructure assets (below ground) and non-Infrastructure assets (above ground).
Your day to day will include:
Site Incident management and escalation within prescribed timescales, along with implementation and monitoring of SHE policies and procedures for both direct and supply chain workforce
Plan and measure day to day work activities for effective utilisation of direct and supply chain resources to meet short-term and contract programme milestones
Assistant with commercial forecasting on your schemes, ensuring robust control of actual costs, participate in forecast reviews, final cost & value review with commercial team
Identify opportunities to increase value through effective change management, ensuring Instructions are received and processed to realise a change to Target Cost as applicable.

Industry experience working in capital projects
5 Day - Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Certificate
Hold full UK Driving Licence
