Senior Works Manager KierBAM are a Joint Venture (JV) partnership between Kier and Bam Nuttall.
We are currently delivering the redevelopment project at a Royal Navy site located in Plymouth and we are seeking an experienced Senior Works Manager .

Contract : Permanent, Full Time, 45 hours per week
Responsibilities
As a Senior Works Manager, you'll be working within the Nuclear Major Projects team, supporting them in the delivery of a bespoke or part of a package of work on a nuclear licensed site .
Your day to day as a Senior Works Manager will include:
Ensuring site works are planned, coordinated, and undertaken in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner in accordance with the relevant project plans, design drawings, specification, and the programme.
Ensuring construction operations and materials comply with project requirements.
Controlling the short and medium-term programmes to ensure timely and economical completion.
Liaising with the Construction Manager and delivery teams regarding construction activities.
Supporting the General Foreman to work safely in accordance with assessed construction risks and adherence with the control measures defined in Work Package Plans and Task Briefs.
Providing necessary support to enable the project environmental risks, objectives and targets are met.

HNC (Construction related) or Level 6 NVQ Construction Site Management.
Gold Supervisors or Black Managers Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
Site Manager Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).
