Duties Include:
Servicing, Fault Finding, and Breakdown of Domestic Gas appliances. Gas Leak repairs. Landlord Certs. Gas Reruns. Installation of Boilers, Cookers, and Fires.
THE ROLE:
* Salary: Up to £42,000 with (OTE of up to £60,000). * Location: Nationwide - they will try to keep you in region; however, must be prepared to travel. Hotel accommodation and food allowance will be provided when necessary. * Travel Time: Paid Travel after 1 hour each way. * Overtime: Plenty of overtime available on evenings and weekends - Paid at time and a half and double on Sundays and bank holidays. * NO CALL OUT. * 28 days holiday including bank holidays. * Training and Progression. * Company Pension. * Company van and fuel card. * Company uniform, PPE. * Materials and consumables supplied.
THE CANDIDATE:
Hold current domestic gas ACS qualifications. CKR1, CCN1, CENWAT, CPA1 is essential. At least 5 years' experience on the job knowledge. Boiler breakdown and servicing experience. Proficient and confident in installations. Good standard of work and attention to detail. Reliable, trustworthy, professional, self-motivated, strong communicator, and the ability to work on own initiative.
