Maintenance Engineer / Plumber

Due to their continued growth, they are recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer / Plumber to cover Hampshire in a mobile position.
Salary: £33,000 Company Van Mobile Phones Private Healthcare 22 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
The Role:
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues with minimal disruption to the site. Carry out scheduled preventative planned maintenance work. Perform minor decoration and refurbishment. Unblock sinks, toilets, and drains. Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks, etc. Light plumbing installations required. Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks.
Requirements: We are seeking a professional and experienced maintenance engineer. Ideally, you will have experience working in commercial environments and proven property/building maintenance experience in carpentry, plumbing, tiling, and decoration works.
