An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Multi Skilled Engineer
to join our engineering team at our site in
Fosdyke , working

shift pattern. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a high level of engineering services and technical support to the business, with a focus on reducing downtime proactively using the site's PM software. Duties to include: The execution of day-to-day maintenance tasks, including line improvements. The provision and implementation of solutions in line with the engineering strategy to reduce downtime. Use of root cause analysis to determine the underlying reasons behind problems and failures, seeking to identify areas for improvement in plant performance. Involvement in engineering projects from inception to delivery as and when required. Continually drive towards a PPM culture. To assist in setting of machines in conjunction with the operations team. The provision of a first-class engineering service. Providing daily progress updates to the Site engineering lead. Working together with internal and external teams. Compliance with all health and safety, quality, and hygiene standards. Communicate effectively with engineering stores, on parts used, to maintain the restock cycle. Work alongside production with a 'one team' mindset. About you A can-do attitude. Self-motivated and flexible. Have a right first-time approach. Effective communication skills. Minimum skills / experience Time served apprenticeship. Electrical qualifications from a recognised body. Mechanical qualifications from a recognised body. NVQ level 3 or BTEC L3 or equivalent.
