Previous experience running/managing a production manufacturing process Excellent knowledge of quality management systems Able to demonstrate continuous improvement Self-motivated with excellent organisational and written and verbal communication skills Willing to undertake professional development training as required Main Responsibilities:
Ensure works are completed on time, within set budgets and in accordance with the Companies Quality Management System, ensuring that completed products are of expected quality Report to and liaise with other Managers and Directors for resource and production planning Provide leadership and supervision of production department team members Develop and maintain the Company training matrix, identifying skills shortfalls and recommending actions Identify and report new production processes, materials, and/or components Ensure workshop plant and equipment is suitably maintained and meets current regulatory requirements Propose CAPEX procedures for replacement/improvement of plant and equipment Liaise and work with other Managers/Directors to ensure that the Companies aims and objectives are implemented and adopting a cross-functional flow Maintain accurate documentary evidence of works and processes carried out in accordance with the Companies ISO9001/EN13485 Quality Management System Identify and provide, where appropriate, training for production team members alongside regular PDRs Adopt real-time H&S responsibilities for all Company's manufacturing activities in accordance with Company's H&S policy CRC Recruitment are a leading Midlands-based recruitment consultancy covering vacancies across the UK.
