If you would like to gain these benefits you will be:
RGN/RMN/RNLD with an active PIN & Nursing home experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience as a Deputy Home Manager or a senior nurse
Proven track record of contributing towards GOOD CI grades
Passion & experience within the elderly care sector

As the successful Deputy Nursing Home Manager you will ensure the clinical & care staff provide the highest levels of care at all times to the residents whilst supporting the Home Manager in training & recruitment of staff & leading the clinical team on the floor.
