About the Role We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent role for a proactive individual with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for seamless project execution. Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment. Ensure materials are available to meet project timelines. Implement construction and commissioning programs, ensuring efficient site execution. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly. Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout. Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles. Excellent time management and prioritization skills. Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities. Attention to detail and proactive approach to challenges.
