Are you eager to apply your expertise in a cutting-edge, world-class manufacturing environment - one that is primarily custom-built and designed in-house? Controls Engineer Responsibilities: Developing subject matter expertise in Siemens/Schneider PLCs. Providing technical leadership and programming expertise in a professional manner to drive improvements and new developments. Actively contributing to and supporting lead development engineers in continuous improvement and new innovations. Delivering high impact change by being involved in multiple projects that will enhance improvements in technology. Taking ownership of your work to agreed deadlines with internal stakeholders and contractors. The Candidate: A talented Engineer with a minimum of HNC in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, someone excited by learning new techniques and technology. Someone who craves end-to-end involvement - experiencing the full lifecycle from initial concept to final delivery. A problem solver with extensive PLC programming expertise and fault diagnosis experience - specifically Siemens and Schneider, although others considered. Someone ideally experienced within the FMCG or processing industry. Experience with SCADA.
