Are you passionate about making a difference in young lives? We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Practitioner to join our Mental Health Support Team in Cheshire East. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the Whole School Approach and fostering a positive mental health culture within educational settings. The Mental Health Support Teams are part of an exciting project funded by NHS England with the aim of improving the mental health and well being of children and young people. There is a specific focus on developing more access to helping and improving emotional support within all primary and secondary schools. Working alongside community partners, the Mental Health Support Teams will be part of the CYP Access function.

Main Duties of the Job
Support the delivery of all interventions provided by Emotional & Mental Health Practitioners Supervising Practitioners Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies Support the development, implementation and evaluation of mental health strategies and programmes Support training sessions to staff in schools and other children's service practitioners Promote mental well-being Support the Clinical Co-ordinator and Clinical Leads in delivering a high quality, evidence based service to children, young people and families Liaise with colleagues within the wider CYPMH Service
