Civils Quantity Surveyor

to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of impactful projects, including Sub Stations, Utilities, Residential, and Commercial developments. Key Responsibilities: Cost Management:

Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets for civil engineering projects, ensuring financial efficiency and accuracy. Valuations and Payments:

Conduct valuations, process payments, and manage financial documentation to ensure timely and accurate payments to contractors and suppliers. Contract Administration:

Oversee contract management, including reviewing contract terms, managing variations, and resolving disputes. Cost Reporting:

Prepare detailed cost reports and forecasts, providing regular updates to project managers and stakeholders. Procurement:

Manage the procurement of materials and services, ensuring value for money and compliance with project requirements. Risk Management:

Identify, analyse, and manage potential risks to minimise financial exposure on projects. Qualifications and Experience: A degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Relevant qualifications and certifications in Quantity Surveying. Proven experience in a similar role within the civil engineering sector. Strong understanding of contract law, construction processes, and financial management. Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Excel and project management software. Valid UK right to work is required. What We Offer: Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.
