Registered Nurse

with a passion for caring for others, to make a meaningful difference to the lives of our residents. You will have a positive compassionate attitude, the ability to make others smile, and be great at working with people. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our residents are cared for to the highest standard with kindness and patience, in a warm and caring atmosphere. As a Registered Nurse, you will use your skills to: Lead and develop a team of dedicated Caregivers to provide a high-level of quality care Develop and monitor care plans Carry out clinical assessments Form a lasting relationship with residents, families and GP’s Support the Clinical Services and Care Home Managers Your Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a Registered Nurse, either in New Zealand or abroad Hold a current APC Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. A genuine love for helping people, with a friendly and positive attitude. Have a good team spirit with empathy and drive to make a difference in the lives of others A passion for continuous improvement, with a sound understanding of the importance of health and safety procedures.
