Job Description Supervise the Accounting & Finance team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations Review and manage accounts, financial statements, and tax data Participate in strategic planning, budget development, and workforce planning Implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency Deliver comprehensive financial reports to management Ensure compliance with financial laws and guidelines Train and mentor junior team members Engage in continuous knowledge development regarding the company's financial regulations and best practices The Successful Applicant A successful Accounts Assistant Manager should have: A professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) or qualified by experience Proficiency in financial software Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes Superb analytical skills with a keen eye for detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience using Caseware is preferable but not essential Solicitors Accounts rules experience is preferable but not essential What's on Offer A competitive salary A generous holiday package Study leave, health cash plan, life assurance cover, and eyesight testing On-site parking and a cycle to work scheme Opportunities for social activities A supportive company culture that values professional development
