We’re helping our client find a passionate Registered Children’s Home Manager to lead a dedicated team, ensuring exceptional care for vulnerable children. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the daily operations of a children’s home, ensuring compliance with Ofsted regulations. Lead, train, and motivate a team of care staff to provide top-quality care. Develop care plans and risk assessments to meet individual needs. Oversee the health, safety, and safeguarding of all children in your care. Manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently. Maintain strong relationships with social workers, parents, and external professionals. Regularly review and improve care quality to meet high standards. Skills & Experience Required:

Previous experience as a Children’s Home Manager or Deputy in children’s care. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent). In-depth knowledge of children’s care regulations (e.g., Ofsted, Children’s Homes Regulations). Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team. Proven ability to create care plans, manage risks, and safeguard children. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Desirable:

Full UK driving license. Additional Information:
