At Glassgreen Dental, we are a 4-surgery independently owned practice. Our team consists of 3 associate dentists, 1 vocational dental practitioner, and 1 hygienist. We are located in a purpose-built health centre. Established in 2009, we are proud to have developed a list of over 7000 patients and an excellent reputation. We also have a waiting list of 2000 people looking to join our growing practice. Elgin is a market town and the administrative and commercial centre for Moray, well known as a beautiful part of the world, with access to long sandy beaches and mountains, and easy access to Aberdeen and Inverness. Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Dentist at Glassgreen Dental Practice in Elgin. The role will involve providing dental care, performing general dental procedures, and ensuring good patient oral health. Requirements
Qualified and registered as a dentist with relevant certification Experience in performing dental procedures and treatments Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient-focused approach to dental care Knowledge of NHS guidelines and regulations Willingness to participate in continuous education and training Additional Information
Our surgeries are well equipped with Software of Excellence, Vistascan digital X-rays, intraoral scanner, rotary endo, speed increasing hand pieces, etc. Opening hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm. There is no requirement for weekend or evening work and no on-call requirements. The working hours are based on a 4-day week, 8.5 hours each day, totaling 34 hours/week. The NHS recruitment and retention allowance of £25000 over 2 years is available to eligible candidates. Seniority Level
