are looking for a

Psychologist

to join our private clients in Grimsby, a specialist service for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Autism. Your Role: Delivering individual and group interventions. Conducting diagnostic and cognitive assessments. Participating in multidisciplinary team (MDT) discussions and risk assessments. Facilitating staff reflective practice sessions. Designing and delivering training sessions for staff. You will work therapeutically with service users who present with complex needs, utilizing a range of structured psychometric tools and clinical methods. By formulating and implementing evidence-based psychological treatments, you will help shape care plans that make a lasting impact. What We're Looking For: A BPS-recognised Psychology degree. HCPC registration. Chartered Psychologist status and relevant post-graduate qualifications. Experience applying psychological knowledge in clinical settings. Familiarity with working with clients with cognitive deficits. An understanding of evidence-based psychological practices. Experience conducting research and contributing to projects. Being an approved supervisor within the guidelines of the BPS and relevant division would be an added advantage.
