We are a friendly, highly regarded, long established practice, with an excellent practice team consisting of Nurse, HCA, excellent administration team and a practice manager. We are a GMS practice with a list size of 2500 and are paper light with System One.
We have high levels of patient satisfaction ratings and regularly come 1 st
or 2 nd
in the region in national government surveys.
We are consistently high QOF achievers and have an excellent relationship and active role leading the prescribing team for the PCN.
Excellent clinical support and leadership.
We are looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner who has experience in primary care and management of chronic disease.
