This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Mechanical Building Services Project Manager to join a long established and very successful Mechanical and Electrical Building Services contractor.

With their Head Offices based in the Uxbridge area, the company is a well-respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services to several local authorities. They also undertake a number of commercial projects throughout London.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage projects assigned to you, ensuring that they are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Manage the procurement of projects. Technical submissions/approvals of plant/equipment. Assist in the production of risk and method statements. Financial management of the project and working to budgets set. Management of the site team. Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met. Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that arise. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations throughout the project life-cycle.

Mechanical Project Manager - Required Experience and Key Skills: Minimum 5 years experience as a Mechanical Building Services Project Manager or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager or M&E Project Manager. Experience in delivering mechanical building services projects for Local Authorities would be desirable. Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Salary and Benefits Package for the position of Mechanical Project Manager include: Base salary: £70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience. Travel expenses. Annual Bonus. Private Healthcare.
