Job Description
This role builds an exciting opportunity to be part of the Northern Europe BUF team, gaining exposure to the Cluster Leadership Team, having squad responsibility for 5 of our key brands, and being the key connector across the finance tiers.
The Cluster Senior Finance Analyst works within the Cluster BUF team based in High Wycombe, acting as a connector and integrator between key Finance activities across the multiple tiers and subject areas within the Finance model.
The role has responsibility alongside the Cluster Controller to co-ordinate the Business Plan and Strategic Plan processes and BME, managing templates, consolidation of data and producing overviews that can be used by the business.
In addition to above, the role will also specifically support the CoCoA (Cough Cold Allergy), Pain & Naturals Squad to help drive value adding initiatives.
Cluster Revenue responsibility $960MM
The main roles and responsibilities are as follows:
Supports Cluster Controller in co-ordinating the Business Plan and Strategic Plan processes. Owning the templates, consolidation of data, and producing overviews that can be used by the business.
Supports the CoCoA, Pain & Naturals Squad, immersing yourself into the squads being a key member to help drive value adding initiatives.
Conducts BME analysis, reviews credits, and co-ordinates planning cycle submissions.
Partners with other cluster level functions e.g. Supply Chain, Demand.
Conducts extensive communication across the financial tiers and commercial organisation.
Critically reviews all internal processes and standard procedures and drives continuous improvements and alignment.
Coordinates the financial processes and systems in compliance with Kenvue Worldwide Procedures.
Develops 1 Direct report - Finance Student Placement.
Ad hoc:
Supports the Cluster Controller with modelling and analytics for the key brands as and when required.

The successful individual will have a commercial mentality and must be confident at representing the cluster BUF team. They must have the abilities to develop positive relationships across functions and tiers.
