Job Title: Quality Systems Engineer Hours: 39 Hours per week

About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Quality Systems Engineer to oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our plant's Business Management System. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in driving strategic improvements and ensuring compliance with industry standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and develop quality and environmental management system documentation, ensuring all amendments and revisions are controlled. Lead the coordination of internal and external audits, including re-certifications and customer audits. Support the development and rollout of new business systems through training, awareness initiatives, and assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive system and quality improvements across the business. Enhance systems and quality/environmental awareness across all levels of the organization. What We're Looking For:

A strong background in maintaining and developing Quality Business Systems within a dynamic automotive manufacturing setting. Familiarity with ISO9001, ISO14001, and preferably IATF16949 standards. Proficiency in PFMEA, Control Plans, and Standardized Work Documents. An HNC (or higher) qualification in a quality-related discipline. Certification as an ISO9001 and ISO14001 Lead Auditor. Skills and Attributes:

Highly organised with excellent time management and prioritisation abilities. Analytical thinker with strong system knowledge and problem-solving skills. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and driving change.
