Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a leading Managed Services Provider in the search for a skilled 2nd Line Engineer to join their dynamic team on the outskirts of Camberley. The role: In this role, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, focusing on handling 2nd line technical support queries using telephone and remote-based tools. Your responsibilities will include strict adherence to SLAs, efficient utilisation of the Helpdesk Management System, and, when necessary, conducting on-site visits to customer locations. The candidate should possess strong communication skills, both customer-facing and internally, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Windows Desktops, Office 365, Backup Software, Antivirus software, and general networking. Microsoft or COMPTIA certified Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines Logical and methodical approach to problem-solving Attention to detail Understanding of troubleshooting MS Windows Server/Desktop, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 Knowledge of Server Hardware, TCP/IP, SSL Certificates, DNS records Ability to handle multiple requests efficiently through the helpdesk system Full Clean UK Driving Licence Desirable: Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint design Understanding of Microsoft Azure Salary 30k- 40k depending on experience Hybrid working Excellent company benefits
