Due to continued growth, our client is looking for a Degree qualified Mechanical Engineer to join their Applications team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with engineering experience who is looking to contribute to a variety of engineering programs from design through to launch. About the Role: As an Application

Engineer , you will play a key role in the design, development, and validation of engineering products and solutions. This is a remote position, with occasional travel to the office near Telford. You will support engineering programs from concept through to production, collaborating closely with internal teams and customers to ensure designs meet product requirements and are feasible for manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: Support engineering programs from initial quote through to product launch. Interface with account managers, platform managers, and customers to determine product requirements. Establish design parameters to ensure that products are feasible for manufacturing. Provide guidance to designers, ensuring the product design considers fabrication, processing, and assembly. Implement designs through a formal process, ensuring quality standards are met. Approve product-engineering drawings and establish performance and material specifications. Coordinate prototype orders, build, and submissions. Ensure all program objectives and engineering milestones are met. Key Skills & Experience: Minimum of 2 years of engineering experience

in a related field. Bachelor's degree

in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams, maintaining professional relationships. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to implement solutions to design challenges. Ability to manage engineering objectives and project timelines. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and relevant engineering software tools. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel to the office near Telford for occasional meetings and team collaboration. Licensing or Special Certification Requirements: A valid driver's license is required for occasional travel. What We Offer: Competitive salary of
