Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage a group of stores, driving the achievement of sales targets and operational goals. Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers to enhance team performance and store productivity. Implement strategic initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and drive business growth. Ensure stores are consistently meeting company standards for visual merchandising, customer service, and health & safety. Manage stock levels, inventory control, and effective replenishment strategies. Monitor KPIs to assess store performance and implement action plans to achieve results. Foster a positive working culture, ensuring your teams feel supported and motivated to succeed.
Key Requirements: Proven experience as an Area Manager or multi-site manager within a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership skills with a passion for developing and motivating teams. A results-driven approach, with a track record of achieving operational and sales goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all levels. Commercially astute, with a strong understanding of retail operations and financials. A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to make quick decisions in a dynamic environment.
