We're expanding our team and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Executive to help grow our client base. This role is perfect for someone who's eager to kickstart their career in finance brokering, with clear progression pathways and hands-on training.

As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our business development efforts, generating and qualifying warm leads for our Business Development Managers (BDMs) to convert into successful deals. Your role will be pivotal in connecting businesses with tailored financial solutions, setting the stage for long-term partnerships.

What You'll Do Outbound sales:

Make high-volume, high-quality outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing financial solutions and generating warm leads. Lead Qualification:

Assess leads for suitability, ensuring they meet criteria for financial products and have a high potential for conversion. Client Engagement:

Build rapport with potential clients, understand their funding needs, and position solutions to meet those needs. Collaborative Support:

Work closely with BDMs to hand off qualified leads, ensuring a seamless client experience. CRM Management:

Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system. Target Achievement:

Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to call volume, lead generation, and conversion rates.

What We're Looking For Experience:

At least 1 year of proven success in outbound sales, preferably in a B2B environment. Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication and rapport-building abilities, with the confidence to handle objections and build trust. Resilience:

A tenacious, can-do attitude to manage high call volumes and maintain motivation throughout the day. Sales Focus:

A results-driven mindset with a clear focus on driving business growth through high-quality leads. Organisational Skills:

Strong time management and prioritisation abilities in a fast-moving environment.
