The Role:
Your responsibilities will include:
Delivering engaging and effective lessons across different year groups, adhering to the school's curriculum and lesson plans.
Maintaining a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes students' academic and personal development.
Effectively managing classroom behaviour to ensure a safe and respectful learning atmosphere. Providing constructive feedback to students and supporting their individual learning needs.
Collaborating with fellow educators and school staff to contribute to the school's overall success.
Marking and planning lessons will be essential for this role.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience teaching in secondary schools and a thorough understanding of the English curriculum. Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with students of all abilities.
Strong classroom management skills and a proactive approach to handling challenges.
