We are currently recruiting for a Junior Marketing Executive to join a group of engineering and recruitment companies. As the group's marketing demands continue to grow, we are seeking a Marketing Executive to handle day-to-day consuming, but important tasks, enabling our upskilled team members to focus on their specialised roles. This will free up their time to contribute to areas where they provide the most value and drive lead generation and growth for the group. In return, the salary on offer is a basic between £26,000 - £28,000 PA depending on experience, as well as various company benefits including 25 days plus bank holidays annual leave, pension, free parking and bi-annual company social events! This is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Thursday 8.30am 5pm & 8.30am 4.30pm Friday. The Marketing Executive's responsibilities would include: Managing social media posts across platforms. Enriching and qualifying leads in Salesforce to ensure the sales team has all the relevant information to seize opportunities. Developing and executing targeted, strategic mailshot campaigns using validated and enriched data to maximize ROI. Handling general marketing tasks, such as content creation and maintaining marketing materials. Experience: Writing social media posts Strong content creation Team player What can we offer?
