Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver with a passion for helping others? As a 1st Line Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for our workforce, providing top-notch technical support and ensuring their IT issues are resolved swiftly and efficiently. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Respond to and resolve technical support requests via phone, email, and chat. Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Escalate complex problems to 2nd and 3rd line support teams when necessary. Maintain accurate records of support requests and resolutions. Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients. Assist with the setup and configuration of new hardware and software. What We're Looking For: Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems. Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving. Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not essential. Why Join Us?
