Basic salary up to 55,000 Car allowance of 5,000 per annum Bonus scheme up to 5% of annual salary Holiday allowance of 33 days per annum Private Medical and Life insurance An opportunity to work for a Global FM service provider About your role Lead all planned and reactive maintenance across the contract being the go to contact with all technical maintenance/engineering aspects and queries. Manage contractual compliance from a technical standpoint across the contract. Review, manage and control technical processes. Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure conformance to budget. Work closely with the on-site management team and relevant stakeholders to deliver exceptional service levels. Work to increase the performance of the contract across all areas. About you Technically qualified in engineering at HNC, equivalent or above. Experience of managing Critical contracts - within the healthcare sector ideally. Commercially astute. Accustomed to being the lead Technical contact on a contract. Excellent H&S and compliance knowledge. Outstanding stakeholder management skills both internally and externally. Excellent levels of customer service and a proactive approach to managing any issues. Candidates with IOSH or NEBOSH are highly preferred.
This role is based on site in Worcester.
