Wrexham Salary:
£55-60k (DOE) + Car Allowance + Fuel Card + Bonus Scheme + Benefits Working Hours:

Retrofit Contracts Manager - TXM Recruit is currently looking for a Retrofit Contracts Manager to join a Property Services company, working on their social housing contracts covering the Wrexham patch. This Retrofit Contracts Manager will be managing the delivery of various retrofit works (insulation, ventilation, door/window replacements, etc.), as well as overseeing contracts from inception to completion, compliance, client expectations, meetings and enquiries, managing all documentation, and more. This role offers a salary of £55-60k, along with car allowance, fuel card, pension, annual bonus, and 21 days holiday + BHs. Minimum Requirements:
To be successful for this Contracts Manager role, you will need a CSCS managers card, SMSTS, IOSH, and
