Site Management of specialist earthworks, stabilisation, and marina projects across the midlands and south of England. Using your skills in the earthworks and stabilisation to problem-solve issues on site to achieve programme and budgetary targets. Manage and capture site costs accurately for reporting to the Commercial department. Management of our in-house plant and labour to self-deliver the earthworks and stabilisation aspect of projects. Management of subcontractors to deliver their works to their subcontractor order. You will be the face of the organisation liaising with our clients on a day-to-day basis to ensure customer satisfaction whilst delivering the project within the budget parameters. Reporting of plant maintenance or breakdowns to the Plant Manager, as well as ensuring that the site operators are maintaining the plant correctly.
