Temporary Works Co-Ordinator Key Responsibilities: Demonstrate a personal commitment to the safety and health framework, policies and management system requirements and expectations. Develop and maintain an awareness of SHE hazards and associated risks and demonstrate a commitment to eliminate or minimise those risks. Understand and effectively undertake SHE accountabilities. Manage design developments till approval and implementation. Liaise with different designers simultaneously. Obtain relevant certificates and approvals from relevant bodies, designers, and clients. Manage and coordinate Temporary Works Supervisors. Comply with commercial processes. Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements and all relevant Company and Joint Venture policies and processes. Skills and Competence: Experience of overseeing a broad range of different Temporary Works schemes, preferably as a TWC or TWS. Experience in design and/or engineering management. Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent is desirable. Chartership/Incorporation with IStructE, ICE or other appropriate professional body. Working knowledge of Temporary Works management procedures, particularly BS5975. Experience in the delivery of major infrastructure projects. Awareness of commercial processes.
