We're seeking a talented Design Engineer to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a crucial role in developing bespoke solutions that directly impact our clients' operational success. The Role

Working within our accomplished design team, you'll take ownership of projects from conception to completion, interfacing directly with clients and applying your expertise to create innovative solutions. This position offers an excellent blend of technical challenge and client interaction, with opportunities for professional growth and development. Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end project design cycles, from initial customer consultation through to final implementation. Conduct on-site surveys using advanced 3D metrology grade scanners. Create sophisticated design solutions using Autodesk Inventor and 3D modelling techniques. Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication and design review meetings. Generate detailed manufacturing documentation and specifications. Programme CNC machinery using CAM software. Contribute to expanding our product portfolio through innovative design solutions. The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

HNC or higher in Product Design, Mechanical Design, or CAD Engineering. Proven post-qualification experience in the engineering sector. Expert knowledge of Autodesk Inventor. Strong project management and time management capabilities. Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation. Valid driving licence and passport for occasional global travel. Desirable Skills:

CAM software experience. Packaging industry knowledge. ISO 9001 systems understanding. Health & Safety legislation awareness. What We Offer:

Competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience). Office based 4.5-day working week: Monday to Thursday: 8:00-17:00; Friday: 8:00-13:00 (39 hours total).
