Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor required to work for a specialist Electronics manufacturing business based in Lancing. You will be an experienced and hands-on supervisor who is used to managing a small team of production and assembly operatives. Working predominantly within the electronics industry, you will ideally have knowledge of electro-mechanical assembly environments and products.
Day to day, you will be hands-on within the team supporting in the assembly of electronic products shipped worldwide. We are looking for a skilled team leader who has proven knowledge or background ideally within electronics, reading schematic drawings, following build sheets, and supporting with the packaging and dispatch to customers.
Key skills:
Able to be hands-on and motivate others. Managing production tasks and meeting deadlines. Organisation and efficiency, work ethic, and time management skills are essential. Electrical or mechanical engineering. Reading CAD or technical drawings. Experience of working in a production environment. Ideally A level qualification/HNC/equivalent or alternatively previous experience in this role.
