Electrical Supervisor - Sandwell Area

Key Responsibilities As an Electrical Supervisor, you will: Supervise and oversee the installation of electrical systems on a variety of projects. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to BS7671 regulations and company policies. Coordinate and manage a team of electricians and subcontractors on-site. Work closely with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Manage and oversee the delivery of materials and equipment to site. Provide technical guidance and support to the team when required. Attend site meetings and liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders. Prepare and maintain site documentation, including progress reports and risk assessments.
Qualifications and Skills The ideal candidate will have: JIB Gold Card (essential). City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installations or equivalent qualification. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671). 2391 Testing and Inspection certification (preferred). Proven experience supervising electrical installations on large-scale projects in commercial, education, residential, or local authority sectors. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A solid understanding of health and safety regulations and industry standards. The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making. A full UK driving
