We have just had a brand-new opportunity land for a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) to join our client's team on a contract basis minimum RBI 2A)
The Role:
This is a Building Control Surveyor (Registered Building Inspector) opportunity whereby you will provide building regulations plan assessment services on both on Domestic and/or Commercial schemes (RBI dependent). The nature of your working is entirely flexible and can be either be full working days or ran alongside a current role in your spare time if needed.

Rate: Up to £60 - £65/hr DOE (Up to £9,500/month). Required: Class 2A RBI (or predicted to be soon) Hours: Up to 36 - 37.5hrs/wk, part-time considered. Role: This is a well-balanced role with a healthy split between both inspections and plan checks where workload is carefully distributed to ensure a great work life balance; you can work remotely or with hybrid set up, whichever you prefer, although no office presence required.
