Double-day shift pattern (37.5 hours/week): 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 6:00 AM - 11:30 AM (Fri) 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Mon-Thurs), 11:30 AM - 5:00 PM (Fri) Contractual overtime: 1 weekend in 4, Saturday & Sunday (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM) Job Description: As an Engineering Technician, you'll play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of our equipment. Your core responsibilities include performing planned and corrective maintenance tasks, ensuring unplanned downtime is minimized, and contributing to the improvement of machine performance. You'll use diagnostic techniques to resolve issues effectively and provide data-driven insights to enhance future maintenance strategies. Key duties include:

Executing preventive, corrective, and planned maintenance activities. Using maintenance systems to log and analyze downtime for root cause analysis. Mentoring shift engineers and supporting machine improvement initiatives. Collaborating with production teams to identify safety and efficiency opportunities. Maintaining and updating all documentation related to machinery and tasks. Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a similar Engineering Technician role. Strong knowledge of maintenance techniques and diagnostics. Ability to analyze data and implement effective solutions.
