Description: Are you dedicated, hard-working and passionate about sustainable civil engineering? Do you enjoy working in a collaborative environment? We need a flood risk engineer to join our interdisciplinary studio in London. You will be responsible for the delivery of a variety of flood risk and drainage assessments and design solutions for a wide range of projects, across the UK and internationally, often with our structural and geotechnical teams working from multiple locations. This is a terrific opportunity to join the London hub of a thriving practice — and contribute to overall business development through involvement in our internal development groups, such as diversity & inclusion. Minimum Requirements:

2+ years’ relevant industry experience Ideally, a 2:1 degree in flood risk management or a relevant engineering field Proficiency in hydrological assessments, and in hydraulic modelling software (Flood Modeller, TuFlow, etc.) Experience in carrying out Flood Risk Assessments for sites located in Flood Zone 3 Experience in the design of sustainable urban drainage systems preferred A proactive approach, and willing to work on national and international schemes.
