Electrical Engineer

Think Property & Surveying are delighted to be in partnership with a Public Sector Estates client who are working closely with us to appoint an Electrical Engineer into their Estates department.
What You'll Do:
Serve as the lead and provide professional expertise in all electrical engineering aspects of the design, build, and maintenance of electrical systems across the estate portfolio, having an overview of all electrical equipment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams. Be responsible for the management of contracts. You will contribute to the long-term maintenance plan and any resulting electronically biased projects. Manage both in-house staff and external contractors. Perform surveys to electrical equipment and write relevant reports. Contribute to the capital and maintenance plans and any electrical projects that arise from it.
What Are They Looking For: Experience working within an electrical design environment. Demonstrable experience of all stages from project conception through to completion. Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to manage budgets. A solid understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance.
