Our client is a multidisciplinary consultancy providing services to energy contractors around the country. Their client in the North East requires the immediate services of a specialist HV project engineer to oversee the installation and commissioning of Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) on a scheme in the North East.
To apply for this role you must meet the following criteria:
You will have extensive experience installing and commissioning GIS Switchgear up to 400kv. Wide-ranging specialist HV engineering experience. Qualified to degree level in electrical engineering. Relevant HV engineering qualifications. Immediately available / available at short notice in the North East. Currently based in the UK and fully eligible to work in the UK. This position is a contract role outside IR35 to start immediately and run initially for around three months. It has the potential to extend well beyond that.
