We are currently working with a leading main contractor with a strong global presence delivering across sectors who require an MEP site manager to work on a £21m M&E commercial/industrial project in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
Working alongside the CSA team, you will act as the on-site MEP specialist responsible for successfully overseeing the installation of packages through to PC.
Responsibilities Liaising with Project Manager and reporting progress Supervising contracted staff Continuous liaison with subcontractors Making safety inspections and ensuring construction and site safety Checking and preparing site reports, designs, and drawings Maintaining quality control procedures Applying all HSE requirements in the execution of tasks Applying all company procedures, practices, and standards Assisting Project Manager with all administrative tasks Controlling changes and reporting deviations to the project team Carrying out routine site inspections Making work improvement recommendations Executing project close-out activities and reporting lessons learned
