We're working with an award-winning, world-leading, technical & scientific engineering organisation, with sites across Europe, that has an exciting opportunity for a Software Project Lead who will be at the heart of an exciting phase of transforming the way they develop and deliver software to facilitate testing across the whole of their product portfolio.

The Software Project Lead Role

The department is responsible for developing and supporting software packages that utilise Test Equipment hardware to configure, verify and validate the conformance and quality of the product range from development, through production and into field test scenarios. It delivers the software test capability in partnership with teams in Electronic Design, and other areas of Software Engineering.

They're a multi-disciplined, dynamic, focused and agile team specialising in all aspects of test solution design, including software, hardware, simulation and real-time systems. It is a great place to learn about the company's entire product portfolio!

Software Project Lead experience required:

They're looking for someone passionate about building high-performing teams. As you'll be acting as design authority for the software your team is creating, it's essential you have a proven history in low level software development in 'C'.

You'll have the ability to create strong working relationships with the multi-disciplined software project environments within which they work.

Additionally, you'll also have experience of the following:

Cost estimation Planning / scheduling of work Managing multiple projects Engaging and influencing at a senior level across the business
