THE COMPANY - Technical Support Engineer

THE ROLE - Technical Support Engineer

Identify technical issues with commercial boilers, water heaters, and heat pumps and provide solutions over the telephone to the end client. Assisting with commissioning setups over the phone. Occasional site visits to assist with fault finding and repairing.

THE PERSON - Technical Support Engineer

We're seeking an engineer with a strong working knowledge of commercial heating, commercial boilers, and water heaters. Previous experience could include installation or service engineer. Comfortable in working from an office.

THE PACKAGE - Technical Support Engineer

Basic to £47K. Overtime. Death in Service x3 annual salary. 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.

LOCATION - Heat Pump Technical Support Engineer

Suited to those living close to: Reading, Farnborough, Aldershot, Guildford.
