Due to continued growth, DAC Beachcroft is expanding in all areas and is looking to appoint a 0-4 year PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join our Claims Solutions Property Recovery team. The Property Recovery team is one of the products comprising the Property service line of the firm's Claims Solutions Group, which is based in Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, and Glasgow. The team provides advice and claims management services to the insurance industry. The role will be responsible for working on complex Property damage insurance recoveries (Claimant work) typically over £100,000 in value and covering a range of perils including fire, flood, impact, and escape of water. What you will do Acting for a number of large commercial / insurer clients in multi-track property insurance litigation disputes Handling a varied workload in accordance with insurer client protocols Exercising full compliance with Client and internal protocols for billing and credit control and demonstrating a high level of financial management in respect of own files Supporting marketing and business development activities within the team Maintaining an awareness of the firm's core strategies and aims while handling confidential information in line with the firm's data security protocols This is an expanding business with good opportunities for career progression.
