Programme Manager Remote (plus occasional travel to Skegness) Salary - up to £80,000 or above (dependent on experience) iO Associates is supporting a market-leading partner to a Healthcare provider, closely supporting the NHS and private healthcare sectors. Their focus is to build software that helps Sexual Health, Sexual Assault Referral Centres (SARC) and HIV services. They are looking for a n experienced Programme Manager who is passionate about supporting this software, to join the team. Role Responsibilities: Creating project plans, keeping track of progress, and making sure everything stays on time and within budget. Talking to clients to understand what they need and to keep them updated. Making sure the software is at the best standard and dealing with any problems which may occur. Guiding and mentoring the team, completing 1:1's and follow up with the team. Helping the team find the best way to develop the new healthcare software application. Role Requirements: A project management certification (like PRINCE2 or PMP) At least 7 years' experience managing projects (full end-to-end lifecycle) The ability to monitor and manage multiple software projects Excellent stakeholder management (internal and external) Problem solving capabilities to help the team implement new ideas to increase revenue.
